Not having advertised much in the past, Portsmouth Ford was thrilled with the 360 campaign Mnemonic provided and saw tremendous growth in sales from both showroom and online from January into March of 2020. At the end of March, the automotive market began to see a decrease in sales due to the current Pandemic.SolutionMnemonic proactively and quickly shifted Portsmouth Ford's messaging early on at the start, suggesting a creative 360 campaign surrounding a Car Buying from home concept. The client, Portsmouth Ford, was thrilled with the idea. They moved forward with the new proposed car buying from home model with also encompassing Service and Maintenance pickup and drop off.ResultsAs a result, Portsmouth Ford saw tremendous results, with online sales being the highest it's ever been years prior. The traction of the car buying had such high customer response, the owner hired new staff specifically for client car deliveries. The social video element of the campaign was so successful the owner saw car buying requests from neighboring states such as Maine and Massachusetts.
